Following the Prime Minister’s announcement setting out the roadmap for easing lockdown restrictions in England from 8th March, Unitas are looking to recommence its programme of Planned works inside properties from the start of April. Non-urgent responsive repairs inside properties will re-commence from the middle of April. Further details on the roadmap can be found by clicking here. Each of the four steps for easing restrictions which will be dependent upon the impact of the previous step, measured against a number of criteria. Unitas will be following the guidance set out by Government very closely over the next few months to ensure we are always working to keep our staff and our tenants as safely as possible.
