Delivering our strategic aims
For Unitas to deliver strategic aims and objectives, it needs sound governance arrangements in place. Governance is founded on law, policies, processes and systems which together provide a foundation for which Unitas is directed, administrated and controlled.
Unitas has a Board which meets on bi-monthly basis to ensure the company’s prosperity by collectively directing the company’s affairs, while meeting the appropriate interests of its shareholders and relevant stakeholders.

Honesty is important to us
Unitas aims to be transparent and accountable and to show you performance within our service areas. To enable us to do this we measure and monitor key performance throughout the business and against HouseMark which is the UK housing sector’s largest membership organisations, providing solutions and opportunities to drive performance improvements.
