Book your repairs with our new Customer Portal

Unitas Stoke-on-Trent have launched a brand-new online reporting service to make booking and tracking your home repairs easier

As part of our ongoing investment into our repairs service, you can now book your housing repairs online using our new tenant portal. Communicate directly with the repairs team and select an appointment date and time that is convenient to you. From here, you can track, change or cancel your repairs appointment with ease.

To set up your account, email Unitas at enquiries@unitas.co.uk with your name, home address and email address. We will send you an email with your username, password and an easy to read guide explaining how to book a repair. It may take a few days for this email to arrive in your inbox.
